Concert Time.. "The McWilliam Park Hotel"... May 14th 2014 Our second annual " Rhythms In May"....... I am so looking forward to Presenting, Co hosting, and Performing at this wonderful concert with my partner John Staunton (guitarist/ singer Daniel O' Donnell Band) This concert is in aid of " Western Care" and Cairde Crann Mor... These organizations do tremendous work and provide services with children and adults with a wide range of learning and associated disabilities. John and I are delighted to be involved in such a worthy cause. We have a wonderful lineup of entertainers. The tuneful voice of Seamus McGee from Donegal... The hilarious comedian Frank Ford, great tenor Dave Langan, Our special guest the great talent of Marc Roberts, topped off with the renowned musical director Brendan O' Byrne ( Ashford Castle) John and I will introduce each guest and we will also perform our own special songs and duets. I had a most enjoyable time on the Gertrude Byrne cruise 2014 and I was delighted to be asked to perform on such a prestigious cruise. There was world class entertainment available on the ship ranging from Charlie Pride to Dominick Kirwan, John McNicholl, Brendan Shine, Jimmy Buckley, Michael English to name but a few.... My concerts at the beautiful theatre on the ship were a real highlight with great feed back from the 2000 passengers. One particular person quoting 'Your Music refreshes and heals bringing a sense of calm to tired hearts"... Also the lights and sound were something to behold forever. My partner John Staunton (guitarist and MC with Daniel O' Donnell for the past 27 years) and I were delighted to sing at Mass every morning on the ship with the lovely Emily Shine on piano.... More good news I've been invited to perform on Gertrude Byrne's 2015 cruise...the headliner for that cruise will be the one and only Daniel O' Donnell.... It'll be a good one and I'm already looking forward to that event. April 2014. 059 64 81019 John and I were invited by our good friend Eamonn Gillespie to perform at the Easter Monday “Wedding Fair” at the beautiful “Crover House Hotel” Cavan, Ireland.
